Highly recommended. First, Adam helped me get out of a horrible DUI situation. He did so quickly and at a low cost. Later, he helped me stop my bank account from being levied by my creditors. That process was fast and simple. His personal and down to earth approach made me feel at ease the entir...e time. If you are in debt or have DUI problems, please do yourself a favor and call Mr. Tirella.

Mr. Tirella dealt with my Chapter 7 bankruptcy efficiently. During what was a difficult time, he was reassuring and professional. He was clear in each of our meetings about what he needed from me and what I could expect from him. Everybody hits a tough time at some point. Mr. Tirella made it all seem... like something manageable. I'm glad to have this behind me. I'm even happier that the process was so smooth. I'm looking forward to starting over.

Adam is cordial enough at first but is far from honest and forthcoming. He is terrible at communication and tends to be very condescending and belittling, often using phrases like, “I already told you about this” or “I explained this in our last meeting” or “That’s why I told you not to do this” etc.... He got offended when we asked questions about documents we needed to fill out and responded essentially asking if we were incompetent. In many cases I found he was lying to my face with his responses as the situations we were discussing had never been brought up in our very brief in person or telephone conversations. Essentially Adam repeatedly hides behind fine print and the mask of “I already told you the answer” and “if you question me you can find another lawyer” or “I’m going to charge you extra for harassing me”. Adam is also very difficult to contact. Emails generally went unanswered. Voice-mails usually took 2 to 3 days to be returned, sometimes after multiple return calls reminding him to call. While he did complete our bankruptcy I would not say it was a simple or smooth process. I would also warn right out of the box to record every conversation (in person or by phone), make copies of every email and make sure you are ready to defend yourself from him as he will make you feel really low, which is terrible when you are already at your lowest point looking for help.
