Very Impressed

I contacted several lawyers because of a garnishment that hit me. Mr. Tirella called me back quickly. He went out of his way on a Sunday to meet and file my chapter 7 to stop the garnishment. I don't know what i would have done otherwise and i was only charge 700 dollars, the court installment fee wa...s not charged for and he was easy to communicate with for the whole process. The only thing was the credit counseling class was annoying but i guess you always have to do that if you file a bankruptycy. I've never done bankruptcy in the past but do yourself a favor call Mr. Tirella as its a smooth process with his office.

Good lawyer, great guy

Fast, hard hitting, straight shooter. to the point. Stopped my garnishment before it happened. Charged way less than the sharks asking for 1800 dollars. Did what was promised, no complications, and answered my emails late at night when i was freaking out. I have referred lots of people to Adam and I ...am happy I did so.

What a relief!

Working with Adam was unlike working with any attorney I've worked with before. He made a frightening, foreign, and disheartening situation seem manageable. He worked around my schedule (including weekends) and repeated multiple times all of the things I needed to get to him. Once I had gathered a...ll of the paperwork and filled out his questionnaire completely, the process was very quick. He was incredibly reasonable and didn’t charge extra for my excessive questions! He is very knowledgeable on the process but also on the tendencies and temperaments of the trustees. I felt very comfortable going into this by the end, and that’s saying a lot given the situation.

Very Happy

Bankruptcy was just scary at first. But after talking with Adam it seemed less daunting. He was patient with me and answered my questions and then some. The process was explained well and court was easy because he explained exactly who the trustee was and what to expect in terms of questions. His... office got my case filed in maybe a week. I even was able to reach him at night before court which is really unusual for attorneys. All around an excellent experience from something that might have been frightening.

Patient, Professional, Inexpensive

As an older person on a fixed income I just couldn't afford the 1300 hundred dollars the other lawyers wanted for my chapter 7 bankruptcy. Adam's sliding scale fee cut that in half. He was kind and patient. He helped me to understand the law and the process. In court he was very strong and profes...sional. I'm out of debt now and starting over. My credit is back on track.
