Kimberly is a passionate advocate who enjoys leading clients through the legal process as their intrepid advocate. Since joining the team at Bachus & Schanker, LLC as a Litigation Attorney, Kimberly has built a full docket and is truly enjoying her work.
Kimberly started her career in Personal Injury Law at Zinda Law Group in 2015 as an integral member of the Colorado team. She built a substantial docket of pre-litigation and litigation cases and successfully negotiated hundreds of cases. Before joining Zinda Law Group, Kimberly clerked for Killmer, Lane, and Newman and the Honorable Robert McGahey.
Kimberly is a member of the Colorado Trial Lawyer’s Association, Colorado Bar Association, Colorado Women’s Bar Association, American Association for Justice, and licensed to practice law in Colorado State and Federal Courts.
In her spare time, Kimberly enjoys Linday Hop, playing softball, baking, reading, hiking, gardening, board games, and spending time with friends and family.

Great Attorney
I'm blessed that my case was not that serious, yet even still, my rep, Kimberly, fought hard on my behalf to make sure that I did get what was owed to me from my case. While I hope to never be in another accident, I do hope to work with fair lawyers like her in the near future.
