After months of looking for an attorney to take on AMFAM for my sons injury, a premise liability case, I am not sure you are aware but you were the 4th attorney I contacted and the 3rd attorney I hired. The previous 2 attorneys I hired bailed on my son stating that he would never see a settlement... or a good verdict by attempting to take on this large and apparently intimidating company to court. NOT ONLY did you get us a settlement offer, you advised we turn it down and see his injury case through to court. You won my son's case and won him 3-4 times the amount offered as a settlement. Where other attorneys said it could not be done, you got it done. Your steadfast attention to my sons case and belief in doing what was 'right' gave my son back some dignity and pride. This is beyond anything money could have given him. He actually softened some again within 24 hours of the verdict, he thanked me for not giving up, not quitting after the 3rd attorney. You did not abandon him, you saw us and his case through til the end, which was by all standards a WINNING verdict. His medical bills were paid and then some. The long road through the process of a deliberately dragged out law suit for my son's personal injury was a true learning experience. An experience my son, myself and my family will never forget. It's been less than 24 hours and I can honestly say, my son has a lighter step, a chin held higher and love in his eyes. It's an event long over due.
