Bachus & Schanker, LLC Attorney Chris Elliott focuses his practice on Colorado personal injury, Auto Accident, premises liability, and wrongful death litigation. Mr. Elliott has a passion for standing up to the powerful and fighting for the rights of the powerless who have been injured through no fault of their own. Mr. Elliott earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from The University of Florida. He then attended law school at Oklahoma City University School of Law. While attending law school at Oklahoma City University School of Law, Mr. Elliott discovered his passion for helping those in need by volunteering his time at the Public Defender's Office.
After graduating from law school, worked as an Assistant State Attorney for the 20th Judicial Circuit in Naples, FL. As a prosecutor, Mr. Elliott was lead counsel on a number of cases taken to trial. His experience prosecuting DUI cases has lead to his dedication in helping victims of Drunk Driving obtain compensation for their injuries.
Mr. Elliott now an equity partner with the firm continues to take personal injury and auto accident cases to trial throughout the State of Colorado, and is committed to fighting for the justice that his clients deserve.
