I had never needed an attorney before last year and when I found myself in need of representation I was panicked and completely out of my depth. I searched around for various attorneys and made some calls but none of them made me feel very optimistic. I was starting to feel hopeless until a friend referred me to Kurt Zaner.
I called Kurt, explained the situation and after our first conversation I was completely convinced that he was the only person for the job. He personally made time to fully understand what had happened to me and was extremely helpful in explaining my options, how we could fight for my rights and he talked to me straight - no BS or confusing legal jargon.
I was always able to get in touch with Kurt when I needed. I never felt passed off or anything other than a priority client. I can not speak highly enough of this firm's dedication.
As far as legal skill, there's no doubt in my mind that this is the BEST group to have on your side. They fight for you, and I mean FIGHT. My case went to court and Kurt absolutely dominated the entire process. From opening statements to closing arguments you could see the jury and even the judge were blown away by how good Kurt was. Members of the jury literally got up and asked for his business card right after the case was over.

All of Kurt's advice and performance was perfect. The lawyer from State Farm seemed like and amateur in comparison. Kurt let me participate in the decisions for my case. He gave me options along with his recommendations and respected my choices.
His staff is also excellent.

Kurt Zaner is a true professional lawyer who also made me feel like an actual person with a case that mattered to him. I was in a situation where I needed to take my case to trial and was unwilling to settle the case for anything less. I interviewed two other lawyers and selected Kurt...I am thankful that I did! He is a recognized expert in his field and he got me the exact result I was praying for.

My case wasn't quite worth millions (not even close), but I sure received the full treatment like it was. What a great group of attorneys over at Zaner Harden Law, and their staff is amazing too. Kurt Zaner is professional, charismatic, calculated and a sharp dresser to boot. He was incredibly attentive, so I knew everything that was going on with my case every step of the way. No guessing game, real results and real expectations.

Right from the start, Kurt went out of his way to get to know me and my situation. This led to a team approach with open lines of communication and every deadline was easily met. Zaner Harden Law proved to be extremely competent and organized at every turn right through the trial. While other law firms turned down my case, Zaner Harden Law stepped forward and had the confidence and know-how to bring about a successful conclusion.

Relationship: Worked together on matter
I worked as co-counsel with Kurt on a piece of civil litigation. Not only did I really enjoy working with him, I also came away extremely impressed with his thoughts on strategy and our presentation of the case. I would work with him again and strongly recommend him to anyone in need of a civil litigator.
