Biography
With ten years of courtroom experience litigating cases on almost a daily basis, Jeff Town is a seasoned trial attorney. He has first-chair litigation experience in jury trials for serious felony charges and violent crimes, as well as civil jury trials. He helps clients navigate through simple and uncontested family law matters to the most difficult of custody disputes and complex financial divisions.
Mr. Town is an advocate for individuals who are dealing with divorce or facing criminal charges throughout Colorado. Mr. Town has personally appeared representing clients throughout the Front Range Area, but also from Grand Junction to Kiowa and Fort Collins to Delta. Mr. Town is licensed to practice law in all of the state and federal courts in Colorado and his experience is courtrooms from nearly every region of the State is unparalleled.
Mr. Town received his law degree at the University of Colorado School of Law and he is a Colorado native. Mr. Town is an active member of the community, particularly in and around Douglas County. He is a member of the Colorado Bar Association and the Colorado Criminal Defense Bar, as well as the Douglas and Elbert County Bar Association.
