DON'T USE HER !!! BAD /TROUBLE ATTORNEY !!!
My husband I to file bankruptcy and paid for 5 year, and thought it was done and all money owed to the trustee was done ! To find out she miss calculated wrong by Jessica and we still owe $7,000 and has to be paid in 4 months!!! No word from her in 5 years and to receive a phone call is bullshi...

HORRIBLE.....DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!!!
I paid Jessica Hoff for my Chapter 13 bankruptcy which she changed to a Chapter 7. She told me the IRS would not keep my income tax. They did. She never answered the phone or returned phone calls. Do not waste your time.

Buyer Beware
Strongly suggest looking for another attorney. Not all questions were answered or answered incorrectly before filing and believe the decision was a huge mistake. I trusted her expertise and I was wrong. She will not return phone calls or emails and has not completed her legal obligation to me.
