This isn't to do with her legal practice. Although, she had sold me a puppy that unfortunately didn't mesh well with our other pups. When I returned the dog I did expect my large payment returned. She basically has stopped responding to calls and texts. I don't think I'll see my money she told me she... would give back. After reading these reviews I just wanted to put it out there that she's a crook in all aspects of life not just her practice. It's not hard to find people. I'm going to have to hunt her down now and have harsh reality check confrontation. Wish me luck

My husband I to file bankruptcy and paid for 5 year, and thought it was done and all money owed to the trustee was done ! To find out she miss calculated wrong by Jessica and we still owe $7,000 and has to be paid in 4 months!!! No word from her in 5 years and to receive a phone call is bullshi...t... The women should be no longer to practice law !!! Maybe we should hire attorney to go out her !!

Paid in full up front. Nine months later, she never filed the case. Always had excuses. Never returned phone calls or texts and got pissy with me when I got angry. Didn't show up for scheduled meetings. Always tried to shift blame back to me and tried to act like I didn't understand what she ha...d said. Make sure you get written documentation of payments and expected dates....better yet, run for the hills.

First experience hiring a lawyer. Seemed good at first, but then her sense for keeping a appointment time diminished. Lack of communication. Would not take accountability for either of these things and when confronted became extremely rude to the point where I will not be returning and will try to ge...t as much of my money back as I can. Which I'm sure was swindled away since she has made no attempt to call me back since then. I never had a chance to see the courts. Being talked down to and ridiculed is not what I expected to be paying for. Learned my lesson to shop around before you go with anyone

Jessica and her mother we're both very helpful to me professionally with my bankruptcy and personally as people. Jessica handled my case on MY timeline and made sure my ducks we're in order. She never belittled me or made me feel bad for having to file bankruptcy. She and her mother were also both w...onderful with my young daughter whom I had with me at all appointments.
