My husband I to file bankruptcy and paid for 5 year, and thought it was done and all money owed to the trustee was done ! To find out she miss calculated wrong by Jessica and we still owe $7,000 and has to be paid in 4 months!!! No word from her in 5 years and to receive a phone call is bullshi...t... The women should be no longer to practice law !!! Maybe we should hire attorney to go out her !!

After extremely poor communication both in person and a complete disregard for phone calls, plus a less than professional attitude we went to court. The court required our certification of credit counseling, Jessica was given these, but did not file them and claimed the court wanted additional docume...nts for a vehicle, which she would write up for us to have signed for an additional fee. After no returned communication from her, I went to the court myself and determined the only thing that was required was the certificates. I filed them myself as the deadline was only 2 days away. After the judgment I found out she had went on vacation during our case, which is why she was unavailable. Find a better lawyer, if you are already in financial trouble, she, is an expensive mistake you don't want to make.

I went to see Jessica in May in order to file bankruptcy after a very painful and contentious divorce. At first, Jessica was very friendly and understanding. Several appointments were made although the majority of the time was spent discussing her personal issues. She missed an appointment altoget...her with no notice. I complied with her directives to the best of my ability but was given little assistance and therefore ended up not completing crucial items on her very loose time table. When I failed to meet her expectations, she made completely wild and very hurtful accusations and basically threatened to dismiss me. I had already paid her full fee and felt that I had no choice but to continue the process under her guidance. Jessica is very unprofessional and is sloppy in her work. I have extensive knowledge of the legal system myself and was appalled by her practices. I cannot urge others strongly enough to seek better, more dependable and knowledgeable counsel. At this point, I can only cross my fingers that my bankruptcy will be approved and I will be able to move ahead in my life. I hope never to cross paths with Jessica again as she is a prime example of the stigma against lawyers.
