My husband and I procrastinated when it came to “getting our affairs in order”. We were both in perfect health, according to recent medical exams, and we didn’t feel any sense of urgency for estate planning. But, as is often the case, unfortunately, the unexpected happened and we were caught unprepa...red. My husband had a massive stroke, which almost took his life and resulted in many months of hospitalization and long-term care. He was left permanently disabled, requiring 24/7 care. Marc put together a living trust for me and was very careful to explain everything about the trust to me as we made the required decisions. The final document is very well crafted and presented in an understandable manner (yes, I read every word of it). Our follow up meeting to correct a couple of ...birthdates was very easy as well. Marc also crafted a 'life partner' agreement for my partner and me. It was something unique, but he did a good job covering both my interests and hers very carefully. Overall, a very good job done by Marc.
