Two years ago my wife and I created a trust with Mr. Carlson. I had a couple of issues with him, which I addressed in my first review. Since then he called me, well past the 30-day period, to offer to make whatever changes we needed free of charge. So I wanted to post this as a follow up a...nd to recognize his commitment to excellence in his profession.

Marc systematically walked me through every step of the process. He took the time to make sure I understood the pros and cons for every decision I made. He clearly laid out my options and made recommendations. He delivered an outstanding and complete binder that include all the addition material/docu...ments that you need to move your assets into the trust. Marc is truly customer service focused, provides complete and high-quality work and in my opinion, is one of the best, if not the best in Estate attorney.Marc is exceptionally organized to the last detail. He is easy to talk to, personable, people-oriented, and easily accessible. He is an extremely knowledgeable attorney with integrity, who genuinely cares about you.I have a friend who worked with a different attorney, and after hearing from me all the things that Marc does for you is having him review what their attorney did for them.

Marc spent considerable time with us to develop a plan for our revocable living trust. He took the time to expertly explain all of the important details needed to fund our trust and protect our assets. Marc also quickly responded when an additional need had to be addressed. The binder that he provide...s his clients is very appreciated to help organize all the steps required to transfer all appropriate assets into the trust. Included in the binder are specific directions that pertain to Colorado to assist in this process. Marc has been available by phone and email to assist with any questions or clarifications after our trust was created.

It was a pleasant and rewarding experience to find an attorney whose knowledge was dedicated to estate planning and not a myriad of other legal specializations. Marc did an outstanding job in explaining the many options for an estate plan and was most instrumental in helping us select the best solut...ion for our particular situation.
