I hired Marc after the passing of my wife. I was at a loss as to what to do next in a lot of areas, and especially estate planning now that I did not have a spousal beneficiary anymore. The last thing I wanted was someone else deciding what should happen to my estate. Marc was a pro at guiding me ...through my options and thoroughly explained the pros/cons of each one. I made my decision to have a revocable living trust set up, and Marc guided me through the process seamlessly. I now feel that I have a solid plan that will be administered how I want it to be and my wishes will be honored. March 30, 2018 To Whom It May Concern: During the period from late December 2017 to late March 2018, my wife and I engaged the services of Marc Carlson to educate us and assist in the preparation of our Revocable Living Trust. We originally desired to have our wills reviewed by Marc for pr...oper wording and effectiveness. During our first meeting, Marc educated us on the pros and cons of wills versus trusts.
