My first DUI and the awesome representation I recieved that got it reduced.

I was extremely pleased with Kevin's representation. Kevin was very thorough, professional and sympathetic about my situation and did everything in his power to have my DUI reduced to a DWI. He took his time to discuss all of my options to ensure we selected the one that would fit my situation. Excellent Lawyer, Goes above and beyond

Kevin is an extremely responsive and trustworthy atorney. He went above and beyond for my case. I was charged by the state for DV/harassment when I pushed my ex off me atfer she punched me in the eye. I was the one arrested and not the attacker. My new gf called him on Saturday before Easter and he c...alled her back on Easter. He said it wasnt necessary forr him to be there for the bail hearing but bc I was so scared and wanted him there he showed up on Monday even though he was on vacation. He truely goes above and beyond. He waited to get the evidence and once he reviewed it he told me if by some small chance he couldn't get the case dismissed before trial that we would probably win. A few weeks later he called me with the good news that he had gotten my case dismissed but it was to close to the pre-trial date to not have to go to court but told me he was still working on making it so we wouldn't have to appear in court. He called me two days before my pre-trial and told me he got it completely thrown out and we didnt have to go to trial at all.

Highly recommended

I have used Mr. Kevin in two separate cases. The first was a domestic violence case. Shortly after my divorce I made a series of bad life choices. The second instance was a DUI case shortly after the domestic case was resolved. I'm a college graduate with a masters and now run a very successful busin...ess of my own. Not only did Kevin fight for me, he saw what a good person I was, and had made some bad choices. Regarding the domestic case the Judge was VERY surprised by the plea deal we struck with the DA, because it was very leaneant. But with Kevin's guidance, and help from the victim, I received a second chance. Since my DUI case, life has changed and is so much better now, thanks to Kevin.
