Everything I needed

She always was able to explain not only the law but the process. I felt I knew what was going on and more importantly what was expected of me to facilitate this process. I’m the kind of person that tries to remove the emotion from the decision making process. In this emotionally filled process, I had problems keeping my emotions in check. Maile’s level demeanor balanced my emotions. Some other qualities that distinguished Maile was her ability to keep things moving and the way she made herself available when I had questions. I very much appreciated her bringing my case to an efficient conclusion.

I highly recommend Maile Kobayashi for any legal matter you may have. Maile took care of a post divorce problem I had that's been dragging on for at least three and half years. Once I turned this matter over to Maile, she made sure everything was done correctly; including filing all paperwork with the court that needed to be signed by a judge, taking all the paperwork to my ex-wife's attorney, and most of all she kept me informed with what was going on every step of the way. Maile handled my legal problem very professionally and I would not hesitate to have her take care of any other legal matter that may come up in the future. I appreciate what Maile did for me very much.

Attentive lawyer

Excellent counsel, exactly what I was hoping for

Maile provided great counsel through an eviction matter with a difficult tenant. She and her team also prepared a very thorough lease document at a fair price. Maile had up to date knowledge of tenant law and will be my go to for any landlord/tenant legal matters from now on.

Best Attorney Ever

Maile was the best thing I experienced throughout my divorce. She was kind and sensitive during an extremely difficult time. Great experience working with Maile

Going through a divorce is difficult enough but the paperwork and proceedings were simplified and clarified by Maile. She was knowledgeable and professional. I would not hesitate to work with her again but not under the same circumstances hopefully again.

Highly recommended.

Ms. Kobayashi was very professional, prompt, courteous and empathetic to my case. Unlike those clowns on the radio who claim to fight for Dad's rights but just take your money, Ms. Kobayashi actually fought for me and my son. I won the case and got custody as well as everything we asked for.

Representation at its Finest

Maile was a professional from start to finish. Her communication was phenomenal, there was never an instance where I struggled to understand the process or felt like she had put me on the back burner. She demonstrated integrity & honesty when presenting my case to both myself as well as to the courts. Five stars is an inadequate rating for the service she provided, it should be more like 10/10. Would highly recommend.

Maile Kobayashi

Out of the four or five lawyers I hired, Maile was by far the best of all. She always got back to me with any of my concerns or questions usually within the same day, and never longer than 24 hours.. She explained all my options involving the case and gave me the advantages and disadvantages of each. She was very clear and thorough on what I could except at each step of the way. She was able to get my case heard in court extremely quick compared to the other lawyers I hired. Her investigators were also very efficient and got things done quicker than the investigators of other lawyers I used. I have no complaints with Maile's services or fees and wouldn't hesitate to recommend her or, if need be, hire her again.

she did an amazing job

she is very smart family focused, helped me stay on track. was great in court very organized my ex wife's attorney did not seem to happy after. Maile had wonderful advice about how to proceed and some on how to deal with everything, she was very helpful, i have my son and with Maile's help am able to continue to look out for his best interest.

Relief from worry

We had been pursued by collection agencies trying to collect old debts far beyond the statue of limitations and no longer valid. Maile did her research and very quickly got back to us. She was very professional, and listened to what you had to say in a caring manner. I would recommend her to everyone looking for legal help.
