I hired Kate to take my ex-husband back to court for school expenses and health insurance premiums he refuses to pay. I often attempted to contact Kate and rarely received calls back, phone messages or emails. I am a former client of Kate Sereff. After hiring her, Kate was not responsive to multiple direct calls to her and to other calls through her office. I was not kept informed about matters, and multiple unneeded subpoenas were sent out without discussing this with me first. I felt that I did not ha...ve a voice in court and was ignored when I brought this up.
