Unfortunately, jury pools are comprised of people who are biased by media propaganda, and would smugly give the lesser-included DWAI to your teetotaling Grandmother. Attorneys like Mike McCullough are heroes. Defending our Constitutional rights takes courage and conviction, and Mike has both. He stood up for me, and his strong personality blew all the prosecution's lies away. Even the jury could see I was innocent. I was acquitted of DUI.
