Munoz para procesar el Parole para mi hermana, me cobró por la consulta y le pagué, en Abril 2024, y en la consulta exigió el pago completo de honorarios para iniciar el proceso y se los pague el 29/4/2024 y los recibió y quedó en iniciar el proceso en primera semana d...e mayo. Después de esta comunicación no contestó más mis llamadas , mensajes, correos ni tampoco mensajes por redes sociales. Hasta la fecha ha sido imposible localizarla para que me devuelva los honorarios que le pague y que reuní con mucho sacrificio, ya que no cumplió con su compromiso profesional.
