Quela Robinson

Ms. Robinson is an attorney at Justicia Digna.  She is a 2009 graduate of the University of New Mexico School of Law and holds a B.A. degree from the College of William and Mary in Virginia.

Ms. Robinson started her legal career in 2008 in the areas of labor and employment law including discrimination, harassment, wage and hour, FMLA, employment contracts, employment consultation, and mediation.

In 2011, Ms. Robinson started work in public interest law involving policy, advocacy and lobbying on behalf of low income New Mexican families in the area of health care, including Medicaid and the Affordable Care Act and has been heavily involved in legislative advocacy and government relations. She started with Justicia Digna in April 2013 and looks forward to bringing her expertise to offer dignified and vigorous representation in the areas of immigration, criminal defense, and some employment matters.

Prior to entering the legal field, Ms, Robinson worked in mutual funds and financial services for ten years in the fields of trading assistance, operations, and IT, earning NASD Series 6, 7, and 63 licenses. 

Quela lives in Albuquerque and is a certified yoga instructor and deejay.
