Reinstatement of withdrawn I-485

OUTCOME: I-485 reinstated, work authorization was approved, and Adjustmnent of Status was Approved.

Clients hired our office after their previous attorney erroneously and through misrepresentation requested to withdraw their son's I-485. This withdrawal resulted in the son's work authorization being ... denied. Our office succeeded in reinstating his I-485 and obtaining an approval on the work authorization request. Without this, the son would be ineligible to adjust for another 3-5 years.
