Ethical, Smart, Caring, Disciplined Defense Lawyer

Jeff defended me and my company in 2010 and his approach proved to be successful. He strikes me as being as much a chess player as a highly focused charging bull. He combines finess with with a sharp intellect and what looks like a smart approach at the practice of law.

Excellent litigator

I have used Mr. Lucky as our exclusive litigator in El Paso since the early 1990s.

Insurance

I am in the insurance business and Mr. Lucky helped me get an errors and omissions claim completely dismissed. He was very thought worthy and diligent in his efforts and the case lasted almost 16 months.

Never followed through

He never returned my phone call and left me hanging when I needed help. Lacks compassion and lacks professionalism. I do not recommend this “attorney”
