With a legacy of results and a well-earned reputation for diligent client services in both criminal and civil cases, Attorney Rafael C. Morales is ready to fight for his clients. He has taken more than 50 criminal defense cases to trial and has never worked on the other side of the aisle as a prosecutor. Mr. Morales has tried both major felony crimes and misdemeanors arrests, including cases involving serious injury or death. His experience includes trying cases involving DWI, drug possession, assault and domestic violence, arson, robbery, burglary, and the aggravated sexual assault of a minor. Mr. Morales has also worked on hundreds of cases that didn't require trials before a jury. Additionally, he handles cases involving serious personal injury and wrongful death resulting from the negligent actions of others. As a resident of El Paso for nearly two decades, Mr. Morales represents clients in a wide range of complicated matters in and around El Paso and Sierra Blanca, Texas.

Does not keep you informed
I hired this attorney thinking that they were going to be the best I could find because of the ratings. Although my court date isn't until next month, everything I leave a message, nothing ever gets returned. Waste of money and my time!

Replied last January 27, 2017Impatient. Irrational. Impulsive. Note that at the time of this review I had been this client's attorney for only 14 days! During that time she had been to the office to meet with me for OVER an hour in person. She had been in contact with my paralegal to confirm her upcoming court date. After that she was in contact with me directly on my personal cell phone via text. Also note that within her own review she states that her court date isn't until next month. What's missing is the fact that the court date is a full 27 days away at the time of the review and that it is her FIRST court date! I personally take extra care to meet directly with EVERY one of my clients to make sure they are well informed and receive the kind of quality representation they expect. I will not let my clients down. This type of behavior is probably why she has a criminal case.

I would hire and rehire and recommend everyone to this attorney firm..they really worked for my case and went out of their way to have my case dismissed!God bless this firm

Definitely ready to fight for you!
I visited two different lawyers before Mr. Morales, and the reason I decided to hired him is because I felt he engaged more with my situation. He demonstrated to be an expirienced attorney with great lawyering skills, and thanks to all the work he invested my case was dismissed.

Mr. Morales is an extremely knowledgeable lawyer, whom took time from his busy schedule to sit down with me and explain my case, and advise me on what steps I should take. His professionalism was exceptional and made me feel comfortable. After speaking to him I felt more at ease concerning my case.

Case Dismissed!!!
After a very lengthy case and my first attorney unable to do anything, Mr. Morales stepped in and took care of business. He kept me informed and made me feel like a priority. He was able to get my case dismissed.
