Estate will preparation and fulfillment

Karin very patiently worked with my mother to prepare her will several years ago and later helped us to fulfill her desires by processing the needed filings and transactions for disposition of the assets. Karin is both professional and compassionate.

Wonderful Karin!

One of a kind!

Karin handled a probate case for me that I doubt any other lawyer could have completed. It involved many family members, some who were nowhere to be found & others who were difficult to deal with. She served Affidavits, located missing Trusts & obtained Certified copies of the missing Will having to... go through Illinois Co Clerks office. What made the entire process do-able was her understanding of Probate law in a the situation that was very complex. She was recommended to me by a Real Estate lawyer who handles Probates but he could not handle my case on account of its difficulty. She's simply the best.
