Biography
I advocate for workers' rights in El Paso, Texas. I have helped employees who were discriminated against because of their race, gender and age. I am an experienced trial attorney, having litigated in courts throughout Texas for over 24 years.
I am also proud to serve The Combined Law Enforcement Associations of Texas (CLEAT), an organization that provides legal services to law enforcement personnel throughout Texas.
I graduated from St. Mary's University School of Law, where I served as an associate editor on the St. Mary's Law Journal. I also participated actively in the school's advocacy programs, placing first in the Freshman Mock Trial competition and winning the Walker Moot Court Best Brief competition. In recognition of my achievements in advocacy, I was inducted into the Order of the Barristers. I also served as an intern at the Supreme Court of Texas.
I am licensed to practice in the state of Texas and in the United States District Courts and Bankruptcy Courts for the Western District of Texas.

Do not hire this attorney!!! He will take your money and won’t return your calls.

Replied last March 25, 2021I own that I can't always call back right away. I'm sorry that you had this experience with me (although I haven't had a client named John in a very long time). But if you say you hired me and I failed to return your calls timely, I believe you. I return all of my own calls. My clients never speak to a secretary or a paralegal. They only talk to me and, as a result, I can't always call back soon if I'm in court or arbitration. I wish you all the best.
