Look elsewhere!

Hired them to help me and within a year, I was passed around through 11 different legal aids. They would send me an email if they had a question except to the wrong email address and they would never call. They never did what I hired them to do. Plus, I paid Laura and her minions three times what I p...aid for someone to actually do what I needed. They shouldn't even get one star.

INCOMPETENT

I had to call them about my case. I got charged for issues I would call about and then they would Never call me back. The week of my court case, she had not contacted me to discuss my case. She filed for continuance without my permission. I was told I should be in court in one month & it took alm...ost 8 months to Finally get a court case. Rude, unprofessional & should not be practicing.

Worst lawyer I’ve ever dealt with

Hired her and paid upfront. Had an adoption I wanted her to handle for us. No nonsense the biological father had given up his rights and I was adopting. Her assistant told me what fee was and I paid! 2hrs later it still wasn’t done!!! Call after call after call!! Nothing was ever answered and no one... could ever tell us anything. Finally got it done and she hired a standin for herself!!! I never even met the woman at all!! Most unprofessional attorney ever!!

Doesn't work for her clients

I paid well over $3,000 to have her help me with an uncontested divorce with children. Over a year and a half had passed, and I still wasn't divorced. I lost my job during that time, and turned in all necessary paperwork for her to help me get my child support modified during the process. Instead, sh...e did nothing and actually told me I should be paying more according to her calculations. She kept asking for money, but never produced any results. Every time I called, I was speaking to someone different. There didn't seem to be any consistency. I finally quit paying her and told her I would be going pro-se. I had my divorce finalized in 90 days going that route. Do yourself a favor and save your money instead of hiring her.

Very Unprofessional

I hired Laura for a family law case. I did not meet the attorney, nor did I have direct contact with her until the day of the trial. She pushed back my trial date on 2 separate occasions, and tried for a third; however I was unaware the court had refused to postpone again. I was made aware of this pr...oblem four hours before the trail began. During the consultation before trial, she was very unprofessional and derogatory. Did not consult me for any decisions regarding my case, including the counter petition. Very costly, and she charged for everything: Phone calls, looking at paperwork, etc. Very negative experience. Very.
