VERY BAD EXPERIENCE WITH THIS ATTORNEY, WILL ACTUALLY NOT REPRESENT YOU BUT WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY. HIS STAFF WILL NEVER CONTACT YOU TO CANCEL APPOINTMENTS OR COURT CHANGE DATES. IT HAPPENED TO MY SON. MY SON WAS CHARGED $3,500 AND HE PAID $3000 AND ALL OF A SUDDEN ATTORNEY FILED TO NOT REPRESENT HI...M AND TOOK MY SONS MONEY. MY SON HAD BEEN MAKING HIS COURT APPEARANCES AND ATTORNEY FILED FOR LACK TO APPEAR. MY SON HAD A COURT DATE WHICH HE MANAGED TO BE AT BUT HIS ATTORNEY WAS ON VACATION AND RESCHEDULED HIS COURT DATE WITH OUT EVER NOTIFING MY SON OF THE CHANGE. HIS STAFF NEVER NOTIFIED MY SON OF THE CHANGE AND STATED THAT IT WAS THEIR WORD AGAINST MY SON'S THAT THEY NEVER CALLED. AFTER READING THE OTHER REVIEWS I FEEL THAT THE SAME THING HAS HAPPED TO US. THESE ATTORNEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY GO ON VACATION AND NEVER REALLY REPRESENT YOU. I FEEL WE HAVE BEEN SCAMMED BY THIS LAW FIRM. AND AS FOR HIS OFFICE STAFF, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND VERY RUDE.

This attorney is worthless! He represented me on a federal charge which my guide line chart stated I was eligible to receive 63 months in federal prison if this so called lawyer would of done his job. But he did nothing and I have the paper work to prove it. It's called a ( 2255 ) ineffective assista...nce of counsel. And was granted in my favor. However Judge Junell granted it in my favor and resentenced me to 120 months.. although I was not granted any type of relief I was able to prove my point. Which is Justin Low attorney at law sucks! Please if you need a federal lawyer you will get better results is you do it pro bono which is yourself. I filed all my paper work with a blue ink pen and note book paper. And proved my point....

Heading to represent me on a felony case and which I was totally innocent but have a background. The case could have been thrown out of court,had he even taken the time to file the motion, well long story short I ended up taking a plea deal for one year. While incarcerated I learn how to write a writ... of habeas corpus I could have got it overturned if I filed its sooner. Going through my files not even being an attorney I had three or four different arguments I also found that he filed nothing on my behalf not even the motion of discovery which should have most of all been filed. The money that I paid I could have kept. Please keep your money do not hire this attorney.

I called Justin 6 months ago to have a 21 year old charge expunged. He claimed that he had a great relationship with several judges and could have it expunged within 3 months for $1000 and I wouldn't even have to appear in court (I live in Phoenix now). Here we are, 6 months later, and I cant even ...get in touch with the guy. His secretary keeps telling me that he will call me back and that I will now have to appear in court. They couldn't even find my criminal record to get started. I had to pull it up for them and fax it to them. Right no, I guess its just a waiting game.
