VERY BAD EXPERIENCE WITH THIS ATTORNEY, WILL ACTUALLY NOT REPRESENT YOU BUT WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY. HIS STAFF WILL NEVER CONTACT YOU TO CANCEL APPOINTMENTS OR COURT CHANGE DATES. IT HAPPENED TO MY SON. MY SON WAS CHARGED $3,500 AND HE PAID $3000 AND ALL OF A SUDDEN ATTORNEY FILED TO NOT REPRESENT HI...M AND TOOK MY SONS MONEY. MY SON HAD BEEN MAKING HIS COURT APPEARANCES AND ATTORNEY FILED FOR LACK TO APPEAR. MY SON HAD A COURT DATE WHICH HE MANAGED TO BE AT BUT HIS ATTORNEY WAS ON VACATION AND RESCHEDULED HIS COURT DATE WITH OUT EVER NOTIFING MY SON OF THE CHANGE. HIS STAFF NEVER NOTIFIED MY SON OF THE CHANGE AND STATED THAT IT WAS THEIR WORD AGAINST MY SON'S THAT THEY NEVER CALLED. AFTER READING THE OTHER REVIEWS I FEEL THAT THE SAME THING HAS HAPPED TO US. THESE ATTORNEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY GO ON VACATION AND NEVER REALLY REPRESENT YOU. I FEEL WE HAVE BEEN SCAMMED BY THIS LAW FIRM. AND AS FOR HIS OFFICE STAFF, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND VERY RUDE.

If you are reading this...save your time and money. This lawyer and his office are the worst. A year later and nothing has been done on our case. We were told certain things were being done to find out the courthouse had nothing filed like they told us. Horrible at communicating...never get messages ...returned from lawyer. Have paid over half the amount he has asked for and nothing has been done.

Paid him the fee he requested by phone after his promise to get my son released in the next couple of days. No return phone calls or even a visit to him in jail until the Friday late afternoon before his court date on Monday with a ridiculous "deal" for him to take because he was going to be out of ...town on Monday and unless he took the deal, he would postpone his court date, and he would have to wait for another court date. If there was less than a 1 rating, that's what he deserves - a negative, negative, negative!!! IF YOU HIRE THIS ATTORNEY, BE PREPARED TO NEVER HEAR FROM HIM AFTER YOU HAVE PAID HIM.
