Did he buy his license online

This attorney is worthless! He represented me on a federal charge which my guide line chart stated I was eligible to receive 63 months in federal prison if this so called lawyer would of done his job. But he did nothing and I have the paper work to prove it. It's called a ( 2255 ) ineffective assista...nce of counsel. And was granted in my favor. However Judge Junell granted it in my favor and resentenced me to 120 months.. although I was not granted any type of relief I was able to prove my point. Which is Justin Low attorney at law sucks! Please if you need a federal lawyer you will get better results is you do it pro bono which is yourself. I filed all my paper work with a blue ink pen and note book paper. And proved my point....

Needs to be disbarred

Heading to represent me on a felony case and which I was totally innocent but have a background. The case could have been thrown out of court, had he even taken the time to file the motion, well long story short I ended up taking a plea deal for one year. While incarcerated I learn how to write a writ... of habeas corpus I could have got it overturned if I filed its sooner. Going through my files not even being an attorney I had three or four different arguments I also found that he filed nothing on my behalf not even the motion of discovery which should have most of all been filed. The money that I paid I could have kept. Please keep your money do not hire this attorney.

Worthless!!!

Paid him the fee he requested by phone after his promise to get my son released in the next couple of days. No return phone calls or even a visit to him in jail until the Friday late afternoon before his court date on Monday with a ridiculous "deal" for him to take because he was going to be out of ...town on Monday and unless he took the deal, he would postpone his court date, and he would have to wait for another court date. If there was less than a 1 rating, that's what he deserves - a negative, negative, negative!!! IF YOU HIRE THIS ATTORNEY, BE PREPARED TO NEVER HEAR FROM HIM AFTER YOU HAVE PAID HIM.

Would not recommend

He Charges a lot of money, then does very little if anything. Can't ever get a hold of him. No one in his office ever has a clue about anything. I know for a fact I could have gotten the same sentence without a lawyer and $5000 cheaper. He did absolutely nothing. The sad truth is I was completely... innocent. I just couldn't afford $5000 more dollars for Justin to do ?? Worst lawyer ever. Once you hire him, good luck ever speaking to him again, not until right before they put the noose around your neck.

"I strongly endorse this lawyer. I have seen him action. It was very impressive. The jury panel loved him. In 3 questions, he was able to strike 70 people of 77. Justin Low knows what he's doing. I practice civil law and give his name out whenever I'm asked for a good criminal attorney in West Texas."
