Jessie Mendez is an ineffectual public defender in Lubbock& surrounding towns.He sold my son down the river for twenty years .Horrible lawyer&horrible dishonest person.

He takes your money and then gives you the run around or disappears. When I called him his secretary always making excuses for him like she was his woman or something to cover up for him. My calls were never returned and he never finished with my case so I never got any of my money back or any servic...
