Ms Wimberley rescued me

I hired Ms. Wimberely in December of 2014. My experience with her is very note worthy. I was wrongfully arrested with an assault charge. This had far reaching implications because the mother of my son had filed a restraining order on me preventing me from seeing my son. I was a wreck and felt that t...here would be no way someone could help me. Kayla Wimberley was my civil attorney and she is with Matthew Harris Law Firm. From the get go, Kayla was very responsive to my concerns and responded to my emails and phone calls in a very quick timely manner. This was very much appreciated because having had other lawyers in the past who kept me in the dark, I was really pleasently surprised with the professional, sincere communication Kayla offered me as her client. Ms. Wimberley was able to come up with a successful strategy to get restraining order case dismissed with a creative, hard work approach. She researched the law and saw a way that we could counter where the mother of my child and her lawyer realized they were wrong and dropped the restraining order request. Ms. Wimberley is currently my attorney and she is representing me on a final order coming up in a couple of months. I am confident that she will help me get the best deal possible.

Outstanding communication and attention to my case.

Mrs. Wimberley was the absolute best when it came to my representation. She took the time to keep me informed, and fought hard to ensure that the case settled on terms that were agreeable to me. I am a difficult client to please, but her can-do attitude and positive demeanor was what won me ove...r. I wish I could give more stars!
