Biography
100% of my practice is dedicated to Criminal Defense. A trial attorney of 25+ years, I have diverse courtroom experience in addition to being certified in Criminal Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.
Since graduating from Texas Tech University in 1999, I have been a partner in one of the oldest criminal law firms in Lubbock; Chappell, Lanehart & Stangl P.C.
As a trial attorney, I have results on many charges, from acquittals, bail reductions, not-guilty verdicts to case dismissals and expunctions. I have been hired by university students, parents, defendants and work hard to represent all clients. Any criminal charge is serious, and I am dedicated pre-trial, during trial and post-conviction on the case.
