I hired the Duffy Law Firm for my divorce. Kaylee Long was my attorney. It seemed like Kaylee was prolonging the divorce longer than it needed to be. I just don’t think that a divorce case should take longer than 8 months. Kaylee would talk down to you like you were a child. It was very difficult t...o get in contact with her also. Kaylee and Christina were just very rude with the way they spoke to you.

Her and her firm did not take my case seriously from the start, though they sure took my money. They would not listen nor try anything even when I demanded it, they never even tried to stand up to the opposing attorney and just let him run the show. They never fought for me just did a little paperw...ork and expected payment. Then when it came to keeping me apprised of what was going on it was like pulling teeth just to get someone on the phone. They also liked to wait til the last minute to get in contact and try to make sure we were on the same page. State needs to dis-bar.

Ms woods is the worst attorney you can hire for a divorce she won't do what the client wants I asked to go to trial and she knew I wanted to 4 months before trial and she waited till the last day to do anything all she wanted was for me to saddle instead of going to trial I tried making a appointment... with her a week and a half before trial and she didn't feel good but could come in later that day lol and she lied to me about the divorce agreement don't hire her for a divorce

Christina Woods is a horrible attorney. She took my case and it was an easy case to win; however, she was too busy flirting with my ex husband's attorney. I lost full custody of my daughter to an abusive, alcoholic/drug addicted man because of her. She had all kinds of evidence to use, such as a back...ground check, showing that my ex was a convicted felon, in possession of firearms, who failed three drug tests for cocaine and did jail time. IN addition, our child was removed from us by cps, due to his alcohol and drug addiction, when I turned him in for being physically, psychologically and emotionally abusive. Finally, I hired an excellent lawyer named Steve White, but by then it was too late to get custody of my daughter, who is now a teenager. Ms Woods does not have a conscience. In fact, during the middle of the case, she told me that she thought both me and my ex husband were crazy. Just what you want to hear from your attorney during a custody battle. DO NOT HIRE HER FOR A DIVORCE CASE! My lawyer that helped me finish the divorce would have won easily. Also, her office staff was rude, unorganized and would make rude, sarcastic remarks while I was there. My daughter spends extra time with me and I am working on getting full custody of her. I am a Texas tech graduate, with a degree in education and math. Honestly, I don't understand how this woman is still in business. I hope this review helps people that are looking for a decent divorce/child custody lawyer. God bless!
