RN

Betty guided me through the most difficult time of my career. Her knowledge and advice was crucial to my case and eventually what helped me to get my case dismissed. She was quick to respond to my questions and explained all of the BON processes clearly. I can not recommend her enough.

Results and Gratitude

I am so grateful I contacted Elisabeth Saxton Smith, and hired her represent me with the Texas Real Estate Commission. She was a pleasure to work with, very thorough, and she got the job done. I now have my TREC license, and I owe it all to her and her diligence. Thank you Elizabeth, I really app...reciate you and your firm.

I highly recommend Betty Smith to represent against TX BON complaint.

Receiving a certified letter from the TX BON is unsettling to say the least. Betty is highly versed in TX BON procedures, TX BON time lines, and the critical subpoenaed information/documentation needful for a proper investigation by herself and the TX BON. Betty works tirelessly to answer client ...questions honestly and calmly. She maintains a humble, respectful, and calm demeanor in her phone calls and emails. She listens well and gives wise counsel, careful not to escalate an already stressful ordeal. She went above and beyond for me and I am forever grateful. Whenever I grew afraid or worried as the case seemed to drag on too long, she quieted my fears with facts. Fourteen months later, she received the good news that the TX BON had closed my case with no prejudice/action against me. Betty even went out of her way to inform me of the results the moment she received them. That is absolute class in my book, to be concerned about the emotional toll such an ordeal takes on her client and chooses to let her client know asap via email and not have to wait for a mailed letter response. She also wished me a good weekend. Thank you again Betty! You did an outstanding job and I highly recommend Betty!

Compassionate, knowledgeable and extremely thorough lawye

Elizabeth (Betty) Smith recently represented me in a case with the Texas BON. She was very helpful, reassuring and made the whole process tolerable to say the least. She is very knowledgeable about the process and keeps you informed of every step along the way. She is very supportive and prepares you... thoroughly. She is prompt in her communications with you, and you never feel as if you are going through the Board review alone. I would not hesitate to hire her or anyone else from her firm in dealing with the Texas BON. She represented me before the BON and even though the whole process took over a year, we had a successful outcome and I am so thankful I hired her to help me with this.
