Receiving a certified letter from the TX BON is unsettling to say the least. Betty is highly versed in TX BON procedures, TX BON time lines, and the critical subpoenaed information/documentation needful for a proper investigation by herself and the TX BON. Betty works tirelessly to answer client ...questions honestly and calmly. She maintains a humble, respectful, and calm demeanor in her phone calls and emails. She listens well and gives wise counsel, careful not to escalate an already stressful ordeal. She went above and beyond for me and I am forever grateful.
