Prior to moving to Austin I needed to form an L.L.C. for my new business venture. Since I was not living in Texas at the time this was pro...ving to be extremely challenging. As everybody does, I did a quick Google search for business formation attorneys in Austin, Texas. After calling a few of those attorneys and not really making any progress (because I did not get to speak with any of them, only their secretaries and I still have not heard from any of them) I came across Foxhoven Law Firm. I called Mr. Foxhoven’s office and was immediately surprised and impressed. The surprise came because Deke actually answered the phone and spoke with me for about ten minutes and his general business law advice was quite impressive. Deke scheduled for us to have a 30 minute phone consult the next day. After talking with Deke for well over the 30 minutes he had scheduled, I knew he was the right attorney for me. Not only was his business law advice impressive, but not one time did he make me feel rushed in our conversation. The information that he needed from me in order for him to do his job only took about 20 minutes for him to get, we then spent the next 20-30 minutes just, well, talking. Deke was giving me advice on being new to the Austin area and really tried to help my family and I with our move to Austin as much as possible. Deke gave me contact information for a real estate agent, a CPA, a health insurance agent, and the list goes on and on. To say Deke is well-connected would most certainly be an understatement. At the end of our conversation Deke told me to contact him with any questions concerning the business formation or just questions about Austin in general (he is probably regretting that last statement). I have called or emailed him a couple of times with question regarding the business formation, and countless times with questions about Austin. No matter what topic my question pertains to he is always very responsive and happy to help in any way he can. Deke is so helpful he actually had his wife get in contact with mine so they could discuss schools, doctors, kid activities, etc. in the Austin area. I would without any hesitation recommend Foxhoven Law Firm for any legal needs. If Deke cannot help you he will most certainly be able to put you in contact with someone that can. Everyone he has referred us to has been exactly like Deke; personable, professional, knowledgeable, and they truly care about their client.

Deke made my divorce process very simple for me. We had a consulting meeting prior to him actually taking the case where he clearly explained everything to me.
