Custody, Child Support, and Medical Support

OUTCOME: After the final hearing, my client was granted Sole Managing Conservatorship, guideline child support, and the sole right to apply for public benefits.

I represented the parent of 3 children in a custody case in which the parents had never been married. The Interim/Temporary Orders had granted each parent Joint Managing Conservatorship, 50/50 possessi ... on of the children, no child support, and no medical support.
