Attorney Kelly E. McMahan is a life-long resident of Texas. She graduated from Texas Christian University, where she majored in History and minored in English. She then went to Texas Wesleyan School of Law and graduated in May of 2010. She took the July 2010 Texas Bar Exam, then moved directly to Austin. She is licensed to practice law in the State of Texas.

Theft less than 20 dollars
Start of Covid-19 pandemic, our son and friend found themselves near a state park. A ticket not issued in the spirt of our community was given to them. Luckily we called for help! Dismissed, thank you!

I had a client who could not renew his Massachusetts drivers license because the State of Texas was claiming that he had numerous violations in Texas. My client had never been in Texas.
