Attorney Kelly E. McMahan is a life-long resident of Texas. She graduated from Texas Christian University, where she majored in History and minored in English. She then went to Texas Wesleyan School of Law and graduated in May of 2010. She took the July 2010 Texas Bar Exam, then moved directly to Austin. She is licensed to practice law in the State of Texas.
Kelly McMahan has handled thousands of traffic tickets for her clients since becoming an attorney. I had a client who could not renew his Massachusetts drivers license because the State of Texas was claiming that he had numerous violations in Texas. My client had never been in Texas. Dealing with the Texas DMV and the local sheriff in Austin became very difficult. I referred the case to Attorney McMahan. She had all the right contacts in the Texas DMV and in the Sheriff's Office. Within a few days she got the entire mess untangled and got the Texas Sheriff to issue a "not me" letter.
