A court appointed attorney with no representation. I had looked forward to hearing from Ms. Gately however after a couple of phone calls and her just pushing my case out another year is not helpful to me at all. I guess my case is minor but it's still a case and I am trying to do the right thing and ...get it over with.

Roughly 2 years ago, I was unjustly accused of a criminal action resulting in a charge deemed a felony. While this charge was quickly dropped under the nolle prosequi declaration, a misdemeanor remained on my record that required court appearance.
