My son was locked up in TCCC for attempted aggravated assault, and Mrs Gately was his attorney. We went to court every month after he was released in November of 2022. He now works full ...time as a manager at Wendy’s and is a productive member of society, while looking for a second job! In the past, this child was homeless on the streets, got in trouble with the law for drug use, now his life has done a complete 180! She’s the best court appointed lawyer that I’ve had and I’ve had a few. I was a little reserved about her at first (given the other court appointed attorney’s I’ve had) but I came around. I had a POCS charge and she got down to the nitty gritty on what I needed to do ( even tho I didn’t agree at firs...t) but I did what I needed to do and as of today my case is dismissed!! What a way to bring in the New Year! I am truly grateful!!

I am a student and work two jobs. I had 2 felony 2 cases and a misdemeanor all for possession. I feared jail time which would cause me to drop out of school leaving me with student loans and no degree.
