Texas Client

Paul Friener, Managing Partner at Tully Rinckey, is a top-notch attorney, who specializes in Employment and Labor Law. His knowledge, professionalism, and dedication to my complex case exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Friener to anyone needing a competent and personable counsel.

What you don’t know will hurt you!

My initial mistake when attempting to address issues with management was thinking the HR Department was on my side-big mistake. Professional counsel works to meditate the problem council to council - talking the same language while focusing on their subject matter expertise (no games played). Highl...y recommended this practice and thank Attorney Paul Friener for his excellent support and guidance to bring my situation to closure.

Highly Recommend Paul

Paul assisted me with an employment matter that had some unique aspects to the case. He was extremely knowledgeable and walked me through every step of the process, and talked about various strategies and paths to handle the case. I highly recommend Paul and team to anyone who needs assistance!

Solace.

Paul was able to walk me through the EEOC Process for a case that was initially opened by my mother who is now deceased. Although this was a VERY DIFFICULT process, I was properly advised about potential outcomes and was able to proceed with caution but with enough confidence because I knew what to a...nticipate. I am thankful to GOD that this worked out and that my mother made a wonderful decision when it came to selecting this firm to represent her.

Exceptional Representation Leading to Closure and Peace

I had an exceptional experience with Mr. Friener and the team at Tully Rinckey during my EEOC investigation. From the initial consultation to the successful conclusion of my case, they consistently prioritized my best interests and valued my opinions—qualities that were of utmost importance to me. Mr.... Friener's honesty and case-specific guidance were particularly reassuring, especially given my previous less-than-ideal experiences with legal counsel. Thanks to their dedicated efforts, I now have closure and peace from the workplace discrimination and harassment I endured. I highly recommend Mr. Friener and Tully Rinckey to anyone seeking legal assistance.
