Neil Todd Beyer

I consulted with Neil twice about an unexpected and unpleasant situation. Although I am an attorney myself, family law is not my area, and I needed some specialized advice. I thought that the advice Neil gave was excellent. In particular, he has a great capacity for viewing a problem from differe...nt viewpoints, and thinking about how things might look from the perspective of each of the different individuals involved. Neil is mature, helpful and constructive in his approach. If you want someone who thinks about a family situation as a whole, and how things might work out in the future, he's your guy. I greatly appreciated the generous amount of time he spent talking with me, and how easy he was to contact.. In the end, I decided not to take any immediate action with regard to my problem, but I would not hesitate to go back to Neil in the future.

Neil did a custody case for me 3 years ago. I thought he was great then, but he's been just as useful to me lately with questions concerning that case and another family law issue. What I like best about Neil is he will tell it to you straight. It might not be what you want to hear, and it might not ...be what you thought was true, but he really knows the law (and the judges! :-) and he's not afraid to tell it like it is, even if it can be upsetting to hear. I think he's ethical, decent and fairly aggressive. He charges about the same as most well respected lawyers, and is pretty responsive for someone so busy. He saw things in our case 3 years ago that he warned me about, and sure enough, they have come to pass. Will be working with him again, no doubt.
