I have unfortunately been able to deal with alot of different lawyers over my years .Now I have used Mr.Bernard 3 times myself over the last 5 years .Also he just 6 months ago bonded my Youngest child out of jail for 300$ and in one week he had the case thrown out ..My best Potna is also using him n...ow also.I liked that Brian was upfront about the money and the situation. He kept me out of prison my last 2 mishaps and when I first hired Mr.B I had been to prison multiple times but Thanks to Mr.Bernard and his Wife yes it's a two Lawyer Family correcting Lawyer &Judge Family ..Salute ...But yes a few times His Wife would standin.I had to post something this is a Good Lawyer and seems to be a Good Man .I would see him also out of town his son and mine where both playing AL ..And I know people may say he is not a good Lawyer those people I promise u did not pay they bill That's plain and simple. I'm going to be honest .Trust me anybody who wants a good Lawyer and willing to pay to avoid being locked up Call Him and honor your payment plan show up for court and watch your case disappear. And if you pay him everything and enough money you want even have to wake up and go to court He'll take care of that as well but it cost Thanks for all u have done for me and my Family..

Brian Bernard is the worst lawyer I've ever met. I hired him on as a child support lawyer to help me with my child support not only the day of my initial child support hearing that he offered his services to my son's mother he also flirted with her while we're in the same room. Then I had another cou...rt date that I could not attend I'm trying to reschedule on my own but child support court told me that I had to go through my lawyer. So upon notification of this I called mr. Bernard and explain to him that I could not attend that date with him saying don't worry. Next thing you know I have a warrant for my arrest and I get picked up by the police saying that I've always had the warrant because of he not him not showing up to my court date I've never went to this guy's office he's never asked me any information and I still haven't heard from him since being arrested. This guy is a joke and I will seek higher means to notify people about him do not hire this man.

Brian was always clear in presenting my options, and was eager to go to bat for me. His steady representation combined with the respect he commands in court and the facts of my case -- resulted in my charges being *dismissed*. He saw that Justice prevailed. I highly recommend Mr. Bernard and his... very capable team.

He didn't reply to my emotional mail and I was never able to reach him by phone. He never babied me and told me everything was going to be OK. What he did do was exercise intelligence, compassion, and understanding of the reality of my case and he got me the best possible outcome. I suggest you be si...ncere and trust him.
