Brian Bernard is the worst lawyer I've ever met. I hired him on as a child support lawyer to help me with my child support not only the day of my initial child support hearing that he offered his services to my son's mother he also flirted with her while we're in the same room. Then I had another cou...rt date that I could not attend I'm trying to reschedule on my own but child support court told me that I had to go through my lawyer. So upon notification of this I called mr. Bernard and explain to him that I could not attend that date with him saying don't worry. Next thing you know I have a warrant for my arrest and I get picked up by the police saying that I've always had the warrant because of he not him not showing up to my court date I've never went to this guy's office he's never asked me any information and I still haven't heard from him since being arrested. This guy is a joke and I will seek higher means to notify people about him do not hire this man.

I had hired Bryan on a family case in 2008 that didnt quite go the way we had hopped, and afterwards i hired the best family attorney in TX with the same outcome. The difference between the two was the concern that Bryan had for my family. He treated me like a person not just a client. And that mean...t a world of difference. I have since used Bryan for almost all of my battles with the judicial system and refer him to all my family and friends. He is a good attorney, trustworthy and punctual. He was also willing to work with my financial sytuation wich helps out alot. I would refer him to you reading this, and if he can not help you Im sure he will b able to let you know who can. Brian Bernard is not someone you want on your side in a criminal case! Ive been going to pretrial for 8 months and he's never shown up to court until last month. I was rest for today. He sent his assistant and reset it again saying he was out of town..he text me 20 minutes latet saying im reset becau...se I didnt show up..I text him and said I was there at 7:45 and I know I was reset. He text back 3 hours later...saying im withdrawling as your attorney. I said I bet you are after that lie! He never once contacted me about my case..never returned my many phone calls and when I went to the office he refused to see me. The one time I txt him he txt back saying stop txting me! Your better off going to tdc! Cuz thats where he will put you anyway..I told him I wanted to fight my case and he said no!

Mr. Bernard was careless, irresponsive and simply incompetent in my divorce case. He missed appointments, was late to mediation, and failed to respond in a timely manner to my questions. He did not follow through on requesting CPS records that could have helped my kids in the case against their abusi...ve father. He is currently under investigation from the State Bar, with an evidentiary hearing pending. I have had to spend thousands to try to fix the mess he made. "Buyer beware" I wouldn't recommend him to my worst enemy.
