This is one of those times I would prefer to give no stars. Horrible work ethics. Unprofessional. Blocked me from calling and messaging him. Wouldn't provide update or feedback because he was "celebrating his birthday". We have no idea what's going on. This "attorney" doesn't return phone calls and h...as taken full payment, over payment in fact, and hasn't provided anything. How can one support black business when black business won't support you? This has truly been the worst experience ever. Someone else's livelihood is on the line and this individual doesn't care. He won't return the money even though he hasn't done anything. At this point, we just want the money back and will pursue a professional attorney who will work with and for us. This man has increased anxiety to the highest level and doesn't care. Please be cautious.

I hired him June 28, 2017 after him telling me he could get me a court date in 2 weeks. I've called sent text inquiring about my case and I never heard anything back. His secretary would always say he's not in or he will call you back. I finally got in contact with him yesterday after calling from ...another number. I ask him for a refund, he agrees to a refund and then takes 400 from the refund for his time. My question is what time. I know lawyers are very busy but for 7 months I was told nothing about my case, I couldn't even get in contact with anyone who could tell me anything about my case. Horrible service and I would not recommend

During a REAL trying time in my life, Brian stepped up to the plate and demonstrated what only a TRUE man of integrity could. I have faith that my new a attorney will see every one of my cases to the end. A better end than what I had intended before contacting him. Since hiring him, he has lied about filing legal documents, I have had three warrants issued for failure to appear because he failed to inform me about court dates. His office manager volunteers his time and has to hear a lot of phone calls from clients like me who are fed up with his complete lack o...f professionalism and abuse of his position. He should not be allowed to practice law. Even the Constable who came to visit me at home told me that I needed to replace Brian Bernard because he would take my money and do absolutely nothing. He is sooo right. Beware of Brian Yusef Bernard!!

Brian did not fail me. I got stuck with a felony, I really thought my life was over. He asked me what I wanted and I told him I really needed it to go away. Im stressing over it, loss my relationship, not to mention my future job possibilities. The state kept saying no to dismissing it, but Brian wou...ld not give up on me. Last Friday my case was dismissed!!! I am so happy, it is such a big relief!!! I highly recommend him.
