Bill fought for justice for me and obtained it. My case was dismissed. I am beyond grateful that Bill's adherence to the best possible result for me and my case was achieved through his steadfast dedication to justice.

Bill Mange is an excellent lawyer and I highly recommend him if you need a defense lawyer. I had to actually hire him twice for two different charges. Both times, he was understanding and he is just a good person overall to with. He is a good man. I was very happy with the results of both cases. I hope I never have have his services again, but if I do, I know Bill will take care of things.

I would rank Bill as a Super Lawyer in the field of Criminal Law in the greater Austin area. Furthermore, he is a man of his word and complete integrity, as well as being very kind, personable and understanding.

Bill helped me regain my life and overcome considerable stress by facilitating the Dismissal of a first time criminal offense (by getting me into the Pre-trial Diversion Program) that could have derailed my Professional career. Because he was formerly a respected and successful County Prosecutor, he knew the system and the right people to get this done, and did it without "breaking the bank" like many other lawyers would have done. So, I would and will highly recommend Bill to anyone who is dealing with criminal matters in the Central Texas area. You won't be sorry!

I hired Mr. Mange to assist with my first DWI. During my initial consult, he explained in great detail how the evidence would be interpreted against me and what my options were for the case going forward. He responses to email were very thorough and timely and I always felt as though he knew what he was doing and would take care of business for me in the best way he could given the circumstances. Ultimately, he had my charge reduced to Obstruction (typical for DWI cases) and placed on probation for 15 months with just 80 hours of community service. A good outcome for this situation honestly. Going to trial is always an option and may work in your favor if the evidence is weak, however; it will cost you a lot of time and money and if you fail, you will have the DWI on your record. It took me awhile to understand this as I was of the opinion my case would be dropped altogether if a trial was pursued but in most any situation, unless you have ALOT of money a plea deal of this sort is going to be your best option and Mr. Mange can certainly get it done. For a nominal fee, he also helped me secure an early release from probation (I served 8 of the 15 months ordered) once all of my requirements were met and considering I was in good standing with my PO reporting. If you find yourself in a DWI situation, Mr. Mange is a solid choice based on my experience. He knows the law as well as having contacts in the court and can get your the best outcome possible for the fee he charges.

Mr. Mange is an absolute amazing lawyer that gets the job done to the best of his ability. I had the sincerity of hiring him for my 3rd DWI. I was very stressed & scared because it was a felony. He didn't let me down what so ever. He was able to work with the state & get it reduced to class B misdemeanor with no jail time or probation. The only requirement was to do a 30 day rehab. The state was compliant with giving us the reduction and disposed of the case. He was always there for any questions, emails, doubts, and any information I needed at all times. I couldn't be happier with the decision of hiring him. His experience and reviews is what led me to finding him online, which was most beneficial. I'm very thankful for his help and guidance because I couldn't have gotten here without him. Thank you again Mr. Mange and I will recommend anyone/everyone to hire him in criminal law. He's your best option and will always be my first option for the future.

  • DWI Case - Dismissed

In March of 2014 I was arrested with a charge of a DWI. While still at the station scared out of my mind as I've never so much as received a traffic ticket before, I hired first lawyer with the largest ad in the yellow pages out of the phone book.

After my release 24 hours later and a really long hot shower and began to do my research. This website really was helpful in eventually firing my selected lawyer and finding Mr. Mange. So, I thought I would pay it forward and share my experience should you find yourself in a similar circumstance.

From the very first meeting with Mr. Mange I was impressed and knew I was in good hands. His calm demeanor instantly made me feel at ease and his credentials speak for themselves. Since this time can often be stressful and difficult it is important to find an attorney who not only know is extremely knowledgable in this field but one that you can feel comfortable with. Mr. Mange examined all the documents I brought and listened attentively to story. He made no promises in my case but walked me through every possible scenario so that I knew exactly what to expect while answering my many questions. Hiring him as my lawyer that afternoon was the best decision I made.

The next few months were difficult. Every court appearance for me meant many moments of panic and ongoing contemplations of what this will mean for my career, my reputation and the hefty weight a criminal record could have on my future. Through all of this, Mr Mange was by my side, always attentively listening to my concerns and advising me on my next steps. It's important to note he never promised me anything to temporarily ease my anxiety. Instead he always ensured me that he will advise to me to the best of his abilities on my options and empowered me to make my own decision in my case.

It has been 8 months since my arrest and just recently Mr Mange had negotiated to have my case dismissed. My plea offer was a traffic violation : failure to maintain single lane and a fine. This is the best possible outcome for my case.
All DWI cases are different and I do not in any way promise that once you hire Mr. Mange your case too, will get dismissed, I do ensure you however that he will leave no stone unturned in representing you. He will comb through all the evidence and look for the best possible way to represent you.

I hope you are not find yourself on this website, reading this review, which means you took a cab or decided to walk home instead after that company happy hour but if you didn't and you need a DWI attorney call Mr. Mange. He will be patient, kind and during this stressful, scary time, he will guide and be by your side every step of the way.

  • DWI Dismissed

After my DWI arrest, I was totally clueless on what to do next. I had never been arrested before. A friend of mine referred me to Bill Mange. I was able to speak to him right away on the phone and met with him in person the very same day.

My case was not an easy one. My BAC was over three times the legal limit and my DVD wasn't that great. I was threatened by my employer that if my case wasn't dismissed, I would be fired. Bill now had an impossible task of helping me dismiss my case and keep my job. Most people in my situation would have been told to just take a guilty plea. Because of what I had to loose, Bill committed to help me fight the charges against me. Bill analyzed every aspect of my case. I was so impressed by Bill's knowledge of the law. After requesting copies of blood reports, logs, and other documents I can't remember the name of, Bill had found plenty of evidence to dispute my BAC reading. As we prepared for trail, prosecutors became aware of Bill's findings and offered me a plea deal that would dismiss my DWI! I accepted the plea and was allowed to keep my job.

This was not an easy process. There were many bumps in the road and many times when I considered giving up the fight. Bill was always willing to meet with me in person to discuss my options, often late into the evening. I always felt like he truly cared about the impact this had on my life. If you also have a lot to loose, I highly recommend Bill Mange to help you with your case.

I had gotten pulled over for a DWI and had never been in legal trouble before and had never had to seek the services of a lawyer. After some searching and a consultation with Mr. Mange I decided that Mr. Mange was the right attorney to assist me with my legal woes. From the outset Mr. Mange put me at ease and helped to explain things every step of the way throughout the process which resulted in a fortuitous outcome (a dismissal of my DWI charge). I am thankful for what Mr. Mange did for me and my case and I would highly recommend him if you are seeking legal help.

I hired Mr. Mange to handle my first (and last!) DWI case. I was pulled over for a traffic violation and blew over the legal limit at the police station. I also admitted to having had a few drinks to the officer. I contacted Mr. Mange for a free consultation the day after my release from jail, having read many positive reviews about him online. On meeting him, I was immediately struck by his quiet professionalism and calm demeanor, coupled with a clear expertise in all aspects of DWI law, breathlizer technology, and possible outcomes for my specific case. Suffice it to say I felt comfortable with Mr. Mange almost immediately. In the next several months, I largely did not hear from Mr. Mange; most information came through e-mail informing me of where I needed to be and when. I think my only complaint with Mr. Mange is the lack of communication. I know he is busy rushing from courtroom to courtroom but I sometimes felt totally in the dark about what was being done. In the end, however, results speak louder than words. Mr. Mange managed to secure a dismissal of the DWI charge in exchange for deferred adjudication on an obstruction of passageway charge. It was the best possible result I could have hoped for in my situation (blew over limit, admitted to drinking, 50/50 video etc). He was kind and knowledgeable, and in the end, did exactly what he said he would - he got me a reduced charge, so no DWI will be on my record, and I can have this whole episode behind me in a couple of years. What more can I ask for? If you are like I was, frightened, overwhelmed, and directionless, contact Mr. Mange. He will take care of things, and ensure you get the best possible result in your specific case.

  • DWI REDUCED TO OBSTRUCTION

I am a young professional in my mid 20's, I got pulled over during the end of January 2012, it was devastating having to go to jail for the first time ever. I was lost/clueless on what was to proceed after my arrest. This is something I didn't take easy but I stayed strong through the process, for the year long period that it took to conclude my case (this is normal for DWI cases in Travis County). Having a respectful and CARING lawyer eased this inconvenient process. I want to thank Mr. Mange for being considerate to my case by providing me with information and immediate responses via phone or email. Bill is knowledgeable and works hard to investigate every detail of your case. This was not an easy case, my case had a 50/50 chance of geting reduced, I did blow over the limit, but only at the scene and not at the station. Bill worked hard to get it reduced. If you care about the results of your case it is important that you do diligent research on the lawyer you choose, because that is what the results of your case depend on. I had made the mistake of hiring a lawyer previous to Bill Mange, almost immediately after I got out of jail, just for the sake of having some information provided to me. I did not research him online or anyone else for that matter before signing with him. Though he presented himself well, the reviews online for him made me insecure, thats when I switched to Bill. I did not regret my decision shortly after the transfer was made - for I received a rude/inappropriate phone call from the previous lawyer expressing his unprofessional reaction to my switch. My advice is - if you're looking up this review, pick the right lawyer for you, one that you can trust/ makes you comfortable, that is what Bill provided for me. Also, cab it from now on. Lastly, don't let this interfere with your life, life goes on, it will be over with before you know it.
