DWI Case - Dismissed

In March of 2014 I was arrested with a charge of a DWI. While still at the station scared out of my mind as I've never so much as received a traffic ticket before, I hired first lawyer with the largest ad in the yellow pages out of the phone book. After my release 24 hours later and a really lon...g hot shower and began to do my research. This website really was helpful in eventually firing my selected lawyer and finding Mr. Mange. So, I thought I would pay it forward and share my experience should you find yourself in a similar circumstance. From the very first meeting with Mr. Mange I was impressed and knew I was in good hands. His calm demeanor instantly made me feel at ease and his credentials speak for themselves. Since this time can often be stressful and difficult it is important to find an attorney who not only know is extremely knowledgable in this field but one that you can feel comfortable with. Mr. Mange examined all the documents I brought and listened attentively to story. He made no promises in my case but walked me through every possible scenario so that I knew exactly what to expect while answering my many questions. Hiring him as my lawyer that afternoon was the best decision I made. The next few months were difficult. Every court appearance for me meant many moments of panic and ongoing contemplations of what this will mean for my career, my reputation and the hefty weight a criminal record could have on my future. Through all of this, Mr Mange was by my side, always attentively listening to my concerns and advising me on my next steps. It's important to note he never promised me anything to temporarily ease my anxiety. Instead he always ensured me that he will advise to me to the best of his abilities on my options and empowered me to make my own decision in my case. It has been 8 months since my arrest and just recently Mr Mange had negotiated to have my case dismissed. My plea offer was a traffic violation : failure to maintain single lane and a fine. This is the best possible outcome for my case. All DWI cases are different and I do not in any way promise that once you hire Mr. Mange your case too, will get dismissed, I do ensure you however that he will leave no stone unturned in representing you. He will comb through all the evidence and look for the best possible way to represent you. I hope you are not find yourself on this website, reading this review, which means you took a cab or decided to walk home instead after that company happy hour but if you didn't and you need a DWI attorney call Mr. Mange. He will be patient, kind and during this stressful, scary time, he will guide and be by your side every step of the way.

DWI Dismissed

After my DWI arrest, I was totally clueless on what to do next. I had never been arrested before. A friend of mine referred me to Bill Mange. I was able to speak to him right away on the phone and met with him in person the very same day. My case was not an easy one. My BAC was over three times t...he legal limit and my DVD wasn't that great. I was threatened by my employer that if my case wasn't dismissed, I would be fired. Bill now had an impossible task of helping me dismiss my case and keep my job. Most people in my situation would have been told to just take a guilty plea. Because of what I had to loose, Bill committed to help me fight the charges against me. Bill analyzed every aspect of my case. I was so impressed by Bill's knowledge of the law. After requesting copies of blood reports, logs, and other documents I can't remember the name of, Bill had found plenty of evidence to dispute my BAC reading. As we prepared for trail, prosecutors became aware of Bill's findings and offered me a plea deal that would dismiss my DWI! I accepted the plea and was allowed to keep my job. This was not an easy process. There were many bumps in the road and many times when I considered giving up the fight. Bill was always willing to meet with me in person to discuss my options, often late into the evening. I always felt like he truly cared about the impact this had on my life. If you also have a lot to loose, I highly recommend Bill Mange to help you with your case.

A Fortuitous Outcome

I had gotten pulled over for a DWI and had never been in legal trouble before and had never had to seek the services of a lawyer. After some searching and a consultation with Mr. Mange I decided that Mr. Mange was the right attorney to assist me with my legal woes. From the outset Mr. Mange put me ...at ease and helped to explain things every step of the way throughout the process which resulted in a fortuitous outcome (a dismissal of my DWI charge). I am thankful for what Mr. Mange did for me and my case and I would highly recommend him if you are seeking legal help.

Make the Best of a Bad Situation

I hired Mr. Mange to handle my first (and last!) DWI case. I was pulled over for a traffic violation and blew over the legal limit at the police station. I also admitted to having had a few drinks to the officer. I contacted Mr. Mange for a free consultation the day after my release from jail, havin...g read many positive reviews about him online. On meeting him, I was immediately struck by his quiet professionalism and calm demeanor, coupled with a clear expertise in all aspects of DWI law, breathlizer technology, and possible outcomes for my specific case. Suffice it to say I felt comfortable with Mr. Mange almost immediately. In the next several months, I largely did not hear from Mr. Mange; most information came through e-mail informing me of where I needed to be and when. I think my only complaint with Mr. Mange is the lack of communication. I know he is busy rushing from courtroom to courtroom but I sometimes felt totally in the dark about what was being done. In the end, however, results speak louder than words. Mr. Mange managed to secure a dismissal of the DWI charge in exchange for deferred adjudication on an obstruction of passageway charge. It was the best possible result I could have hoped for in my situation (blew over limit, admitted to drinking, 50/50 video etc). He was kind and knowledgeable, and in the end, did exactly what he said he would - he got me a reduced charge, so no DWI will be on my record, and I can have this whole episode behind me in a couple of years. What more can I ask for? If you are like I was, frightened, overwhelmed, and directionless, contact Mr. Mange. He will take care of things, and ensure you get the best possible result in your specific case.

DUI Case in Texas - DIMISSED

This was an excellent case where I needed an expert lawyer familiar with the in's and out's of Texas DUI law. William Mange thoroughly reviewed my case with me, analyzed every possible detail come up with a winning strategy to have my case dismissed. After an excellent case was put together on my b...ehalf William Mange presented it to the prosecutor in Austin and quickly convinced them of the unlikely scenario of getting a conviction. My case was dropped based on real, legal grounds and now I am on deferred adjudication for 15 months with no DUI conviction and the ability to have even the arrest wiped from my record. If you are looking for a lawyer who will truly fight for you and not just work to "process" you through the system use Bill Mange.

"Bill Mange is one of the best defense lawyers in Travis County. Sometimes lawyers need to bounce ideas off of each other to craft the best tactics and strategy in defending a criminal case, and I have often tapped Bill as a useful resource in that regard. Also, he’s on a very short list of attorneys I would hire if I were charged with a crime in or around Austin, Texas. I think those might actually be the two best things I could say about any lawyer."
