Scam artist
Do yourself a favor and just go with a free public defender, it’s going to be the same outcome anyway, it’s up to the judge. Scott Smith knows this and exploits this. Was sitting in county jail while Scott was out on vacation skiing with my deposit, typical greedy and soulless jew!

Stay clear from this so-called attorney
I contracted this man to help seal a record. I paid him $1500. He never did anything on my case. He refused to refund my money. Would not consult with him ever again

We are a small firm that strives to provide high quality representation to all of our clients and take great pride in the work we do. I have been practicing criminal law in Austin for over 25 years, am board certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization, and have never been sanctioned by the Texas State Bar since being licensed in 1987. Though I don’t know who this reviewer is, I can say I have never done nothing on a case that I have been hired on. I have given continuing legal education presentations and lectures to defense lawyers throughout the state on how to properly seal and expunge records. I would be happy to talk with whoever wrote this review to address any of their problems or concerns.
