Scott C. Smith

We hired Scott Smith's firm to help our son with a driving while intoxicated case. He is one of the smartest people I have ever met and picked up on lots of things other attorneys had missed. They eventually got the case dismissed after a hearing. Scott is extremely detail oriented and thorough. I am so thankful for Scott and he is worth every penny. I was falsely accused of hit and run and then arrested at my home for DWI. My previous representation was horrible and I wasted a significant amount of money and a year and a half with no progress in my case. From the time that I hired Scott ...in mid April 2016 to November 30, 2016, he had a deal in place to have the charges completely dismissed. What I appreciated most about Scott is that he always took the time to listen to me. He took meticulous notes and we over situations and scenarios repeatedly so that he knew exactly what happened. He also had me write up my statement so that he had things in my own words. I felt like I knew exactly what his defensive strategy would be if we had to go to trial. His staff was so professional and courteous. My previous attorney would leave me sitting in court for hours, eating up my PTO, and they would always be there expediently to speak to the judge or the prosecutor.
