During criminal case, Smith said my Class B conviction could be expunged, so no worries. Then after I paid him $1200 to expunge the Class B misdemeanor, he told me legal language was not clear if I could expunge and likely I would be unsuccessful. As attorney who later researched language on qualific...ations to expunge, it is crystal clear that one cannot expunge a criminal conviction in Texas unless it has been pardoned/overturned. The law was clear for some time before my case. I did not pursue expunction per Smith's recommendation, but Smith still kept my money.

Scott has been our family's attorney for over ten years and has provided extremely professional service.
