First hired Mr. Harrison when a dissident shareholder was threatening litigation. Communication by Mr. Harrison with the shareholder resulted in no litigation at the time. Mr. Harrison has represented me in litigation brought against me and co-defendants. Mr. Harrison has worked very well cooperat...ing with the attorneys for co-defendants, while aggresively representing me and my interests.
